(KSNV) — Zippy’s, the Hawaiian favorite that made waves with its first Las Vegas location a year ago, is expanding its footprint on the Ninth Island.
The second Zippy’s restaurant is set to open at 4590 S. Hualapai Way, just north of Tropicana Avenue, the company announced Thursday.
“Working with Zippy’s is a chance for all our team members to share their aloha, and we are extremely excited to continue serving the people of Las Vegas,” regional operations director Belma Soliven said in a statement.
The second restaurant is scheduled to open early next year.

Las Vegas’ first Zippy’s opened a year ago on Badura Avenue, near Rainbow Boulevard and the Southern 215 Beltway.
