Las Vegas welcomes Bojangles: Chicken chain opened doors January 20

(KSNV) — Bojangles, the popular Southern-style chicken chain, opened its first location in Las Vegas this week.

The restaurant opened on January 20, 2025, at 9210 S Rainbow Blvd, near Blue Diamond Road.

Founded in 1977, Bojangles operates over 700 restaurants across the Southeastern United States and is known for its unique Southern-inspired menu, including made-from-scratch biscuits and legendary fried chicken.

The expansion into Las Vegas is part of Bojangles’ strategy to grow its presence in new markets, and marks the beginning of a 20-unit expansion in the area, with additional locations planned through 2027.

The new location will be open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
