What a way to end the year… After close to two years dealing with COVID-19, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under the direction of Rochelle Walensky, MD, recommended that Americans prioritize two vaccines over Johnson & Johnson because of blood clots and deaths associated with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended Pfizer and Moderna’s vaccine over Johnson & Johnson’s shot for adults 18 and over, after finding dozens of people developed a rare blood clot condition following Johnson & Johnson vaccination, all of whom were hospitalized and nine of whom died.
What else is new? Numerous other people had had reactions to the vaccine, including here in Las Vegas, and we don’t have a clue the brand of the vaccine. Proof that the vaccine is not doing what it was supposed to do.
Besides, how can anyone attest to the number of people fully vaccinated either with Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer or Moderna that ended up in a hospital with COVID and died as the result.
The biggest mistake the government has ever made is to legalize marijuana. Everyone with a couple of bucks in the bank, including judges, rushed to open a marijuana dispensary.
The results…? Several vehicle accidents resulting in death have been caused by people admitting to have smoked marijuana several hours prior.
You don’t need to go to medical school or be a member of a police department to know that the effects of marijuana usually last from 1 to 3 hours, but marijuana can stay in the body for days or even weeks after use. Standard urine tests can detect THC several days after use.
If you make the foolish decision to smoke marijuana and get behind the wheels of your car, I recommend you have the business card of attorney John Watkins handy. An expert attorney in Las Vegas for cases like this.
Alcohol was legalized in 1923, it is legal, still if you drink and drive drunk is no longer legal. We cannot forget the recent accidents caused by young people driving with one drink too many.
Young people, and especially those that consider themselves untouchables, need to remember that everything is about common sense.
Your stomach also has a thermometer, if you have two drinks and feel more happy than normal, don’t ask for a third or be ready to call Uber, because that third drink could be your death sentence. You could even die in an accident, kill an innocent person, and/or go to prison for the rest of your life with the key thrown away. Either way, a death sentence.
Another way to end the year… once upon a time Spanish speaking people were called Hispanic or Latinos or to make it even simpler Spanish people. Now they are called Latinx.
Latinx is a government invented new gender neutral and nonbinary term used to described Americans of Latin American or Spanish descent.
When it specifically comes to gender, nonbinary is a word that helps give voice to a diverse range of gender identities.
The Department of Motor Vehicles is one government entity considering to eliminate sex identity, it is considering listing as X. You come to the point that you don’t even know who you are anymore. I am a female, should I have listed myself as an X or a Y? For God’s sake, I don’t even know what I am anymore!
Welcome to the “new” United States of America Have a wonderful new year!
