What is happening to our country? Not only is it turning into another communist country at a fast pace, but it is also becoming a den of iniquity.
In New York City, the government is opening “safe injection sites” for drug addicts to come in off the streets and inject themselves with illegal drugs. People can use drugs in what is called a “narcotic consumption booth” inside the injection sites.
According to a news report, the city of New York authorized two supervised injection sites in Manhattan that began operating last week.
New York is the first city in the United States to officially open authorized injection sites. Cities like Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, and Seattle have already taken steps toward supervised injection.
The sites will offer clean injection supplies such as needles, naloxone, a medication approved by the Food and Drug Administration to prevent overdose by opioids such as heroin, morphine, and oxycodone.
It is administered when a patient is showing signs of opioid overdose.
Visitors must bring their own drugs. They will also offer addiction treatments.
Suppose somebody walks into one of those government-approved sites, leaves, and gets a reaction to the drug when he or she gets to their street tent, is anyone from the site going to follow them with the antidote to avoid the overdose? Anybody addicted to drugs is not going to ask for addiction treatment when they can use the drugs freely.
“Visitors must bring their own drugs…”; no problem, pushers will be standing on the corner selling, without any consequences; whatever drug a person wants.
It is totally unbelievable that New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is authorizing the opening of government-operated injection facilities for the use of illegally obtained drugs.
Very soon DEA will not be in existence; Border Patrol will not be able to confiscate any drugs introduced into the country by drug cartels; the Highway Patrol will be forbidden to seize any amount of money in a person’s vehicle (what a loss for that law enforcement department!).
People will be able to travel anywhere and PSA will not even bother what you carry in your luggage. And of course, since all those socialists/communists of today want all police departments abolished, would you be happy to know that the first to be abolished will be the Narcotic Unit of every city police department; they will not be needed any longer.
On the other hand, we have the Mayor of Chicago, Lori Elaine Lightfoot, who instead of controlling the criminal elements of her city, has the audacity to blame retailers for not protecting their stores to avoid the invasion of vandals and thieves. Probably what she has in mind is for those high-class stores to hire private security
and if by any chance of life, a security guard shoots one of those burglars, she will be the first to come out screaming “RACISM.”
