Valerie is also Co-founder/Producer for the “Social Issues Theater”, Artistic Director for Dream Spell Studios, and is a singer! If that isn’t enough to take all of her time, Valerie and her husband Joey have four children.
Valerie wants more out of life and is always open to new experiences! A former sky diver, she puts some activities aside when too busy. Valerie is starting a new business- Global Soul Retreat, transforming retreats set on Ibiza Island, off the coast of Spain.
She is now also involved in producing a documentary with her new production company- Roll-Out the Mass Productions.
Everything just happens to Valerie, she suddenly saw her new “# ME TOO Musical” in a vision during a guided meditation. The opening number was being performed. She said, “I don’t write musicals, that’s odd!”
It took 2-1/2 years, a class in script writing, and her 
“# ME TOO Musical” was ready to showcase to the public at the Italian American Club. She is flying to Spain tomorrow to cement arrangements for a transformation event and will fly to London in December to attempt to sell her show to them and is later planning to arrange another showcase at Smith Center in Las Vegas.

Valerie is also a survivor and focuses on the healing side, creating a safe container for people to talk about the abuse they suffered and to move forward. She is also writing other musicals.
SZ: “The # ME TOO Musical” is a whole musical about sexual abuse!”
Valerie explained, “We have four main characters, three females, and a seven year old girl.
I created the characters, not based on anyone in particular. As a survivor, this is very near and dear to my heart.”
SZ: “We need people to become more aware. Putting this in a musical, its fun. Something they can enjoy and it’s also a message!”
Valerie felt, “Music is healing and this is a wonderful opportunity to use that medium when we are focusing on the healing aspect.”
Valerie’s husband, Joey Melotti is a composer and worked with Barry Manilow recently during the star’s 3-1/2 week run on Broadway and they are now preparing for a big event “Welcome Back New York City.”
