Gibson wrote his latest song, 
“The American Prayer”, with a patriotic message filling each sentence! He included everything- the army, navy, police, even their wives and
children. This is the time for sensitive songs like Gibson’s, looking at all of the people sacrificing themselves.
There is a purity in this song, an understanding of what is happening behind the scenes and all of the people who really care about helping others. It is a song of today!
Patrick draws from his background as part of a family of singers, joining his father’s southern rock band in Florida, 
singing since he was in the third grade as well as playing the guitar and writing songs since he was 12.
“My dad, his brothers, his cousins, his uncles, they were all musicians and so I’m not gonna say I didn’t have a choice, but it was definitely in my blood and I couldn’t deny it,” Patrick says. “And I think the experience that I really took to is when I started writing music. I started writing songs that were probably a little deeper and older than my age and I think after recoding my first piece, I thought this may be an opportunity to do something professional and it just kind of merged itself into it.”
Gibson’s song “The American Prayer”, will be featured from August 2nd to November 6th during his tour of Florida 
bringing him to a “Law Enforcement and First Responder Appreciation Event” in Clermont, a “Tribute to Heroes Concert” in Apopka, “Pasco Backs the Blue Rally”, in Port Richey, and a “Toys For Tots Family Fest 2021”, in Mulberry.
They call him a true native of southern soul. Music and songwriting became Gibson’s life and his first CD was released in 2006. When he opened for well-known singers his popularity began spreading. In 2016, Gibson’s national tour ran 6,000 miles across the United States. He also appeared on major news networks and major venue concerts with sold-out crowds.
