The Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, AKA DETR, under the full control of Governor Steve Sisolak’s puppet, Elisa Cafferata, seems to have become a center in which to train the employees to lie and misrepresent themselves while holding the money that belongs to citizens of Nevada.
A woman named Esther writes emails with no return address to claimants for several reasons or excuses, but because she seems to be classified as a telephone operator, she has no email address where the claimant can respond to her email.
Esther has written to the same claimant twice with the same information claiming that the claimant’s account number is “the wrong account and the bank has rejected the direct deposit,” and “the account number does not exist” when the account holder has had that account for the last twenty-two years.
As with all government agency employees, the call center employees that handle the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation
only use their first names because they are all cowardly and are afraid that if they lie as they are trained to do, their victims are going to cause problems.
One of the claimants who has been the subject of several articles in the Las Vegas Tribune took Esther’s email to the bank and they told her that the bank “has not done such a thing,” but there is no way to respond to Esther because she has no return email.
The Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, AKA DETR, trains its employees to lie because with all these excuses they have the opportunity to keep the money for a longer time in their bank account and collect the interest on that money that is paid by the bank, because the government is under the impression that the claimants are ignorant people that they can fool as they please.
The Director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, AKA DETR, Elisa Cafferata, appointed by the governor just a few months ago, is isolated from the media and only talks to the news agency that is under the governor’s spell.
Governor Sisolak is also isolated from the community, the same community from whom he has already started to beg for money for his campaign reelection, hoping that Nevada voters are going to forget that they have been living in the dark for the last few months because
the power company has terminated their service because the power bill was more than two thousand dollars and they have not been able to pay
it for several months because the governor and all those at the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, his squad of
hoodlums within DETR, have been holding the money that is rightfully and legally theirs.
Nevada voters are not going to forget or forgive Governor Sisolak and Elisa Cafferata for making them leave their apartment and now have to
live in an empty lot behind a 7-Eleven Store on Charleston Boulevard and 10th Street for lack of getting that money that is rightfully and
legally theirs.
Nevada voters are not going to forget that they are now begging for food because Governor Steve Sisolak and Elisa Cafferata have refused
to release the money that is theirs.
In the meantime, several Cubans that are working for the call center may (and it is only may for now) be changing account numbers to
benefit themselves in cahoots with other Cubans on the outside who are collecting the money that belongs to others and have used the names of people that are incarcerated at the Nevada Correctional Institutions and are not entitled to collect that money.
A District Court Judge in Washoe County has ordered Elisa Cafferata and the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, to
release the funds immediately, but Cafferata has ignored the judge’s order and only a few claimants have been paid and others continue to
be victims of Governor Steve Sisolak, Elisa Cafferata and the hoodlums at the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation.
In Clark County the Washoe County Judge’s order has been ignored and the $1,000.00 fine imposed by District Court Judge Barry Breslow has
not been paid by the department as yet.
