My Point of View/By Rolando Larraz
I already have had one quote from Tony Montana in my column when I said, “I always tell the truth; even when I lie, I tell the truth,” and now I have this one for those who think I am going to be scared because they point a gun at me but did not have what a man needs to have to pull the trigger. Here is my message… “You f**k with me… you f**kin’ with the best!” Another famous Al Pacino quote is “I walk alone always. I don’t need bodyguards. I’m from the South Bronx.”
And I copy it from Al Pacino: I walk alone always. I don’t need bodyguards. I’m from Cuba.
I have no idea why I like Al Pacino’s quotes so much. I been told that he is anti-Trump and that is why I have stopped watching his movies. I could not believe that such a talented person could be so narrow-minded as to believe in socialism and praise communism. I wonder if he thinks that he can keep his fortune if a communist government should take over this country after President Donald Trump finishes his four years.
I know that I will be too old to see the results of the future of this nation, but I would like nothing more than to see all those famous entertainers and sports millionaires when the communists take all their money out of the bank under any false pretense.
They are going to know what a communist government is when they see those “peaceful protesters” that are now rioting for any little excuse breaking into their home pulling their chandeliers from the ceiling of their elegant homes that they bought with the earnings of their talent that have nothing to do with politics.
I would like to see their faces when the communists on behalf of the “public” will arrive at their homes to confiscate their Bugatti La Voiture Noire, the most expensive automobile in today’s market, or a communist with a military uniform takes their Bentley or their Rolls Royce in the name of the revolution.
I most likely will not see any of that as I am too old to still be hanging around to see it, but from the other world maybe I would be able to tell all those so-called “Liberals” posing under names like patriots and constitutionalists, “I told you so!” when the government comes to take their home, built or bought with their hard-earned dollars from working in the courthouse since early in the morning and staying in the office until late at night to make the money they deserve.
Don’t even think about applying the rights and the Constitution because in a communist system neither rights nor the Constitution exist, and if anyone protests they end up in prison or dead.
That is why I have made myself clear that if by any chance my president, Donald John Trump, loses this election, I will close all my businesses and this newspaper will be the first to go.
Why? Because in a communist country a newspaper like Las Vegas Tribune cannot exist; in a communist country the freedom of the press, the freedom of opinion and any other type of freedom will not exist and I will be either in prison or dead and I do not like either choice; I would rather be home watching television and playing pool all day long. I am not even thinking about jumping in the swimming pool because my neighbor can see me and then I’ll be dead.
Either the communists in the government, starting with the good-for-nothing Nevada Democrat Governor, Steve Sisolak, who is taking the money from the Department of Employment, Rehabilitation and Training that belongs to the people that had filed for their Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) and state unemployment and all those naïve people who are under the impression that they all are going to live better under the communist regime, they all are going to prove me right, but it will be too late.
Those casino tycoons that believe that they are going to be able to keep their money will have a big surprise coming when the government starts putting pressure on them.
If anyone doubts what I am saying they can ask any Cuban or Venezuelan in our city or in our state; they can tell you better than anyone what life in a communist country is like.
I may not have the opportunity to see it because I am too old, and besides, I have those Puerto Ricans showing me their guns even if they do not have the necessary cajones to use it, and the only hope I have left is that as many people as want me dead are going to be blamed for what someone else would or may do.
After all, I walk alone, always; I don’t need bodyguards. I am from Cuba. They only need to remember one thing every day, “You f**k with me… you f**kin’ with the best!”…
