A little bit of everything…

What is actually wrong with All Lives Matter?
In Wilson, North Carolina, a 5-year-old boy, Cannon Hinnant, was tragically shot in the head and killed this past August 9 by a next-door neighbor while the little boy was playing and riding his bike in front of his home with his little sisters, age 7 and 8.
A neighbor said a young man, Darius Sessoms, just walked up to the little boy who was sitting on his bike, put a gun to his head and shot him.
The suspect, 25-year-old Sessoms, was arrested a day after the shooting on charges of first-degree murder. Doesn’t everyone say that Black Lives Matter? Well, the shooter was Black and the little boy White. The life of that little boy is not important? What about the devastating pain for the mother that lost her little boy and the trauma caused to the two little sisters that witnessed the killing?
Also, where was the mainstream media that has not written or spoken about this brutal crime? Why, because he was not a Black little boy and the shooter was not a White police officer? But a Black killer can take the liberty of shooting a little boy in the presence of two other children just because according to him the little boy rode his bike through his lawn, but the killing happened on the sidewalk in front of the little boy’s home, not on his lawn.   All lives matter…

During the Democratic convention last Monday Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto spoke her mind praising all the qualities of Democratic presidential nominee, Joe Biden, as if she were speaking for all Nevadans.
Well, she was not speaking for me; I have a mind of my own and I am very concerned about the tax hikes of a Joe Biden-Kamala Harris
ticket. Have you thought about that, Senator? Many Nevadans would like to know how you are planning to handle the situation of a tax hike Nevada cannot afford.

It looks like Barbara Buckley, head of the state’s rapid-response and Elisa Cafferata, the new acting director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) are trying to continue insulting people’s intelligence and fooling the thousands in need of their unemployment benefits with the story that the delay is caused by the numerous fraudulent claims filed.
Why don’t they spend time investigating all the incompetent people employed by the department? Tuesday morning Channel 3, in their early morning news, reported on a lady who has never filed for unemployment and received not one, not two, but three credit cards issued by DETR with other people’s names that have absolutely nothing to do with her.
The lady stated on camera she is hoping not to receive the fourth card this week.
Three cards with money sent to the wrong address while others are begging for time to pay their bills while the useless and inept DETR
employees make the mistake of sending three cards to the wrong address and therefore to the wrong people. Many are wondering if someone else has received those cards instead of the honest lady that reported it to the TV station; wouldn’t that be FRAUD in capital letters, because of the incompetence of the DETR employees?
In the meantime, the people expecting to receive those funds to pay rent and overdue utility bills will continue to eat themselves alive without any luck in sight.
Of course, what do they care? They continue receiving their paychecks from the State of Nevada, ignoring the rest of the world.
