I congratulate Mr. Barr for his good behavior.

“I thought that I was the one who was supposed to be heard.” ...William Barr

My Point of View/By Rolando Larraz

“I thought that I was the one who was supposed to be heard.” …William Barr

I have been home sick for the last three days and on Tuesday I was feeling a little better and started watching the House Judiciary Democrats blackballing the Attorney General of the United States of America, The Honorable William Barr, who was disrespected, abused and even humiliated by the Democrats on that committee.
Yes, humiliated; maybe Democrat politicians don’t know the word humiliation because they are used to humiliating people all the time, but what they did to Mr Barr, taking into consideration his position and his title, was a humiliation.
Everyone that knows me knows that I don’t like former Senator Harry Reid, but when Tony Hsieh, the golden boy of the city of Las Vegas, met with Reid in a T-shirt, I found this very disrespectful and untasteful.
Everyone at the Regional Justice Center is aware of the dislike between former Judge Douglas Smith, AKA Doug Smith and myself, but I never went to his courtroom without a jacket and a tie; not because of him, but because of the robe he wears and the position he represents.
Heck, I don’t even go to the RJC lobby without a jacket and a tie, because I was taught when I was growing up to respect the elders and superior positions even if I don’t see them as superior to me.
To be honest, I wish I could be like Attorney General Barr, knowing how to control my temper and how to ignore the ignorance of others.
Case in point, one of those illustrious members of the Judicial Committee Commission, a Black woman wanting to be white with her hair straight down, had the audacity to tell the Attorney General of the United States of America before he finished answering her previous question, “let me ask the question before I lose my temper.”
I am glad she will never have the opportunity to talk to me in that tone, because I would tell her off; I would tell her to go to hell and get out of the room.
Of course, I am not a politician, I am not an attorney and I have not been trained to control my temper; I congratulate Mr. Barr for his good behavior.
The hearing grew increasingly combative as the hours wore on. Democrat after Democrat posed questions to Mr. Barr only to cut him off when he tried to reply with the truth that they did not want to hear, substituting their own replies for his.
“You are supposed to represent the people of the United States of America, not violate people’s First Amendment rights,” Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal from Washington State said. “You are supposed to uphold democracy and secure equal justice under the law, not violently dismantle certain protesters based on the president’s personal agenda.”
The Congresswoman from Washington, Pramila Jayapal, must be a good example that the people from her state are way behind in news and their television stations are like the ones in Las Vegas airing what the Governor, the Sheriff and the District Attorney tells them to air, keeping the audience in a complete blackout.
“Not violently dismantle certain protesters” stated Jayapal ignoring the fact that “peaceful communist protestors” are the ones who are
burning the buildings, throwing Molotov cocktails into federal buildings, breaking windows in the stores and burning the entire building of a fast food restaurant.
Democrats are either blind or they are under the impression that the American people are stupid and believe everything, every lie that comes out of their mouths.
“The point I’m trying to make here … is that there is a real discrepancy in how you react as the Attorney General — the top cop in this country — when white men with swastikas storm a government building with guns, there is no need for the president to ‘activate’ you because they’re getting the president’s personal agenda done,” the congresswoman said.
Does Pramila Jayapal have a direct line to president Trump? How does she know what the president’s “personal agenda” is? The problem with the Democrats is that they believe that the American people have to take their words for granted; that the American people have to believe in the Democrats’ words before they believe in the Bible because they would never lie to the American people.
Yeah, right! “I never had sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky!” What a joke that was and humiliation for his family knowing that he was NOT having sex with the woman in the next room where his wife and young daughter were sleeping.
