When you have to stay home, wouldn’t it be great to have a fabulous lunch or dinner to brighten your day? My reviews feature exciting restaurants and recipes with a creative fusion of ingredients.

I enjoy turkey but didn’t realize there were so many different ways to prepare it after Thanksgiving.

Instead of the usual burger or sliced meat sandwich, try one of these suggestions:

Gourmet Florentine Sousvide Turkey Meatloaf:
This Meatloaf is filled with lots of premium ground Turkey, Spinach, creamy Feta Cheese crumbles, the bold taste of Garlic, and Black Pepper with a tasty sweet tomato glaze. Florentine (pronounced “FLOR-en-teen”) refers to Florence, Italy’s-style of cooking. This turkey was prepared Sous-vide, “French”, cooked in a water from 1 to 7 hours at an accurately regulated temperature. Diestel takes all that time to prepare and fully-cook the meatloaf and their other foods, so all you have to do is open the package, it’s ready, either heat in the oven or simmer in water 40 minutes for frozen, 20 minutes for thawed turkey. This one pound meatloaf serves 2-3 persons.

You can ADD a foreign touch to your meal! There’s the taste of Italy:

I am not a cook and happy to find exciting, reasonable, fast, easy meals to just heat in the over or boil and serve! I am not a cook and savor these quick remedies for meals. You can have a different dinner every day with these exciting suggestions.
