Mosaic Theater Opens with Aussie Heat By Sandy Zimmerman

“Aussie Heat” is MORE intense, MORE hands-on, with MORE skilled dancers, and involves the audience much MORE than the other male revues! These Australian men are trained in break dancing, poppers, free-style hip-hop dancing, balancing on a rope, and acrobatics.

With all of that packed into their sensuous dance routines, “Aussie Heat” is an exciting show to see! I reviewed their show at the Planet Hollywood but their Mosaic show is different because the male dancers spend more time in the audience with the women. Their doctor-emergency act was clever and still included in this new version of their show. Before the show, a man asks each women in the audience if they want to be on the stage offering them a chance to decide whether they want to be part of the show.

Because this is a professional theater instead of a hotel, the cast has the freedom to improvise, spend time, and move about the exceptionally large showroom. The Mosaic’s bright reds, blues, and golden colors awakens the mind and seems to boost the audience to want more.

Comparing this show to all of the other male revues, “Aussie Heat” is wilder, while they brought interaction with the ladies in the audience and brought them on stage.

A large sign over the driveway leads directly to the Mosaic Theater and parking. There’s the red carpet for you to keep a remembrance of this evening. The open door leads into the bar and cocktail lounge.
