It is totally amazing what we have become as a country and as American citizens. It is unbelievable the total lack of respect for the president of this great nation.
I can understand the actions of the hostess of “Politica Ya USA” on one of the Spanish Networks, Tsi Tsi Ki Feliz; she repeats herself over and over again, saying that President Donald Trump is a racist and doesn’t stop for a second to analyze her own words proving that she is a racist when she only defends the rights she believes her Mexican countrymen might or might not have.
Then, we have democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke who believes that President Trump should not have visited the city of El Paso after the domestic terrorist attack that claimed many lives. This man is hoping to become the president of the United States; if by some quirk of fate this man wins the election, is this the type of respect he expects from the American citizens? In order to gain respect, he needs to learn how to respect others.
Also, as sympathy to the family of the people that lost their lives, President Trump ordered flags to be flown at half mast and that was also taken as offensive. I cannot remember where I read or heard the stupid comment, but it was on one of the networks claiming to be the best, which I called anti-American, but the reporter (or whatever his position might be) had the audacity to claim it was a “tribute to Hitler.” What does Hitler have to do with some senseless terrorist attack after so many years of his death?
What people need to remember is that so many communists in our government will be the destruction of our country. All those people that have no clue about the difference between Democracy and Democrats need to instruct themselves on the dangers of socialism and communism.
The first thing they need to learn is that communism is not as pretty as it appears written up in books. When a person hears a communist speaking of equality, step back and run. The real communists want equality for the rest of the world in misery, poverty, lack of property and food, but they grab what you have and take possession of whatever you have.
Then, we have everybody in the country demanding gun control after the mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio. If what those people want is to disarm everyone, we have a big problem. They would also need knife control. We cannot overlook the fact that in Garden Grove and Santa Ana, California police responded to two hours of slashing and stabbing attacks. A man in a deadly stabbing rampage was charged with four counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and other charges.
What this country needs are more mental health hospitals, since there are many lunatics and/or mentally ill walking around loose.
If what those hopeful presidential candidates want is to ban every deadly weapon, they would need to also ban automobiles. Road rage is another deadly problem we are facing these days. It’s not even fun to drive in Las Vegas any more.
If we really think about the consequences, pretty soon we will need to go back to days gone by and start riding burros again. That won’t even be safe, because if a burro doesn’t behave and gets in an altercation with another burro, only God knows what might happen.
We need to have more respect among us, especially respect for the president of this country — if you consider yourself an American. We don’t need to like the man, and you don’t need to vote for someone if you strongly dislike the person, but if you expect respect from the rest of the world, you need to start by respecting others.
One of the best things about the United States of America is that this is an almost free country. If you don’t like our laws or our government, there are several communist countries in the world where you can pretend to live happily ever after.
