This is an American Nation; race has nothing to do with it

By Alexandra Cohen

The King of Soul, James Brown, said it very loud and clear in his popular song, “It’s a Man’s World” and we paraphrased some of the words to be able to express very clearly what we want all the American people to understand.
If we do not like the home we live in, we sell that home and look for another location, and then buy another house that we can call home.
If we do not like the car we are driving, we go and trade it for one to our liking, more to our taste, to be happy with it and with ourselves.
If we do not like the way the dress we are wearing fits, we just take it off and either give it to someone who likes it or needs it, but we do not complain to our partner.
If we do not like the suit (or the tie) we have in the closet, we do not take it out on our wives, we just do not wear it. We donate it or simply throw it in the trash.
We believe that by now most people reading this were able to get our drift because this newspaper was founded with the American people in mind using simple and normal everyday language for the normal everyday people to understand and not to be confused with sophisticated words that may be confusing to some.
What is wrong with saying “if you don’t like what you see in this country, you are free to go someplace else”?
We have learned that this newspaper was founded with the idea in mind of informing the readers and the public of our community about corruption after becoming victims ourselves of political corruption, police corruption and abuse when the local police wanted to force us to become snitches against a high-profile gaming figure by stating
things about him of which we had no knowledge (in other words, lying for them).
This newspaper was founded with the community in mind and when we see some evil, anti-American groups twisting every word of the duly-elected president of this nation, we cannot keep silent.
For the last three years, the Las Vegas Tribune has been very consistent in our support of the president; we believe in his administration.
The newspaper looks at the issues with an open mind and examines its merits regardless of the political party; in fact, at one time the newspaper supported and endorsed most of the Democratic County Commissioners including our governor and others of a socialist mentality until it was obvious that they were not doing any favors for
Nevadans.
Many people believe that OJ Simpson was guilty of a crime even though a jury of his peers found him not guilty; so they ignored the jury’s decision or ruling in the case.
President Donald Trump was duly elected as our forty-fifth president during a legitimate election, using an American-created system, so why not accept it and go on with our lives?
Those elected officials that so badly criticize our system may be better off leaving the country and going somewhere they believe is better than our democratic-style way of life.
Even if we believe that it is not entirely their fault, if they cannot follow the rules, they should leave; if they cannot respect the system we have, they should leave; if they cannot respect the outcome of our elections, they should leave; and last but not least, if they cannot respect the duly-elected president of this nation, they should leave.
The fault also may lie with the voters of those states that were ignorant enough to elect communists who do not know how to respect our laws and our system and are now placing the future and safety of our nation at risk.
