Carolyn feels, “These conditions are more common than you think and recent research suggests that chronic inflammation caused by unhealthy food choices could be the culprit! You can prevent future diseases, as well as heal or improve most conditions by making a few simple changes to your diet, and her book “Meals that Heal”.

The root of many ailments, from skin irritations to the onset of autoimmune diseases, was caused by one primary underlying condition called Inflammation.

Chronic inflammation has no overt symptoms making it even harder to diagnose and treat. But one thing that research does confirm is that you can prevent future diseases—as well as heal or improve most existing conditions—through food choices.

Some of the causes of Chronic Inflammation: Harmful bacteria, toxin, cut, bruise, sprain, injury, burn, allergic reaction, an acute inflammation or infection not being completely resolved, foreign bodies (chemicals, allergens, additives, etc.), or continuous irritants (stress, diet, lack of sleep, sedentary lifestyle, autoimmune reaction).
