There is an old Spanish saying that more or less goes: “The paper holds anything you put in it…” And that is nothing but the truth.
There is an Internet page called Alignable, which advertises people in business (or supposed businesses to that effect) that shows a picture of a man named Paul Cruz who claims to be the President and CEO of Cruz Business Solutions.
Paul Cruz is pictured in the lobby of a company named JW Michaels Realtor, a business that is not connected to him or that was never his.
In his ad, Paul Cruz listed his address and phone number in Las Vegas. The address was my address and it took me two long weeks for Alignable to remove my address, which he was using without authorization, from his fraudulent business. The phone number he listed in his advertisement with Alignable—(702) 384-8883, is a disconnected number that once upon a time belonged to some company named Kimball Hill Homes, which is no longer in existence.
Paul Cruz presented himself as a President and CEO of Cruz Business Solutions and advertises his supposed company as a full business solution from asset protection, corporate strategy, business development, business credit, grant-funding process, real estate consultant, and several other things.
Since he calls himself President and CEO of his company, Cruz Business Solutions, even though we are well informed as to what CEO stands for, we decided to consult with a Business Dictionary for the correct meaning of CEO. “Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the Chairman of the Board or highest-ranking executive in a company whose primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and the corporation.”
After checking with the Nevada Secretary of State, the County of Clark Business License Division and the City of Las Vegas Department of Business Activity, it was disclosed that the man, Paul Cruz, has no license with any of the State of Nevada business officials, and there is no record of Cruz Business Solutions having a business license in either of those governmental entities. How in the world can he call himself President and CEO of a company that does not exist? This is plain FRAUD.
With the story that he is a man of God, reading not one, not two, but three Bibles on a daily basis, keeping the Sabbath, pretending he cannot lie in the name of God, this man is nothing but a fake using the name of God to use, abuse and defraud others, pretending that he is what he is not even close to being. This man’s life is a complete lie; he is nothing more than a con-artist.
This “man of God” is nothing but a user, so everybody has turned their back on him after realizing that he is nothing but a leach.
He has no other person to defraud in Las Vegas now since everyone has realized he is a total and absolute fraud and fake. He claimed to be moving to New York where his family lives, or to Houston, Texas, where he believes “his future is going to be very prosperous.”
This Paul Cruz wants to impress people pretending to be the President and CEO of a company that doesn’t exist. He has no business, no company, no job; in fact, the man is not only not a man of God, but he also is evil, a user and he’s HOMELESS, pretending to be someone.
Is he also so stupid that he doesn’t think someone will find him out — like for example the person who really has the address he’s been using!
So it isn’t enough he’s a fraud of the highest order, he’s also a very stupid fraud!
