I am sure that the “15-year-old” did not have the brains to post that ad herself. Someone else with a dirty mind did.
It was also reported that the girl was driven to the station by car (probably by her pimp) and that the girl and the driver checked the area several times before for security.
Now the public is informed that the former Las Vegas fire captain pleaded guilty to two felonies: soliciting prostitution and attempted statutory sexual seduction. He entered an Alford Plea, the type of plea that requires him to only admit that prosecutors had enough evidence to prove the case to a jury of his peers.
I don’t applaud Captain Richard Loughry’s lack of judgment to have had any type of sexual encounter at the fire station because it proves little respect for the department and gives a black eye to many of the respected, dedicated and honest firefighters who work very hard to save our lives when in distress.
What is a man supposed to do when in the middle of having such a lapse in judgment as to have extramarital sex or a quick encounter? Ask the woman for her birth certificate and/or her driver’s license to confirm her age? Neither do I applaud the way Metro Police arrested Captain Loughry.
They knew where he worked, they could have waited to arrest him at his place of work instead of in the middle of a parking lot in the presence of his wife, embarrassing and humiliating the lady for something she had nothing to do with.
But the question here is WHERE IS THE PIMP? Why was it not reported if he was arrested and facing charges for exploiting the 15-year-old girl and living on the earnings of a prostitute, regardless of her age?
Since I am trying to get answers to my questions, I would also like to know where the parents of this young girl are, and why she wasn’t properly supervised.
This is what Child Protective Services called child abuse and neglect. I would bet $10,000, which I don’t have, that many men have traveled that girl’s tunnel time and time before the unlucky day of Captain Richard Loughry.
This is a case in which I believe — even if many would disagree with me — that many people should stand in line to be incarcerated. First, the supposed “little girl” should go to juvenile camp for being so promiscuous; then her parents, for their lack of care and supervision; the pimp, of course, for using a minor for his personal enrichment; and last, but not least, Captain Loughry for his lack of judgment.
