Producer MISTINGUETT’s “Holiday Jubilee” show, at the Starbrite Theater, was the “perfect” show to celebrate Christmas and the holidays!

They touched on Christmas in so many ways- the fun of Christmas time, being with friends and family, Santa Claus, Christmas carols, parties, gifts, toasting marshmallows, and of course, the religious significance of Christmas.

The show presents such a happy mood that everyone can enjoy!

I don’t know whether this was planned but the second number will be talked about after the show! It began with the duo Ayler Evan and Amanda Kaiser singing “It’s a Wonderful time of the year” and as they continued the song all of the members of the cast joined them on the stage.

Some threw presents across the stage whileother cast members caught the boxes. A few decorated the tree quickly to finish by the conclusion of the song. It was like a finale in the beginning of the show!

Then 15 year old Reese Carter sang “I’ll be Home for Christmas”, such a tender loving song, with her beautiful sterling vocals sounding deeper and older than her age.

In the middle of the song, Reese paused to listen to Bill Fayne play his solo and suddenly, the tree fell just a few inches next to him! Bill didn’t stop, just kept on playing, with his long background in music many things happened during his past performances!!

Rita Lim’s sparkled singing two songs while Ricardo Antonio stood-out with his high notes.

Some of the songs included: “It’s a Wonderful time of the year”, “Drummer Boy”, “Have Yourself a Merry Christmas”, “Santa, Bring my Baby home”, “Santa’s on his way”, “The Best Things of the Year”, “It’s That Time of the Year”,

Musical Director Bill Fayne’s sister Gayle Holmes sang “These are a few of my Favorite Things”, and more!
