I was invited to review the “Soul, Rock ‘N Blues” show and was happy to see a production show with such depth, such a mix of music and moods, especially the “BLUZMEN” because most tributes don’t include the Blues Brothers.
Brothers who began the concept of the Blues Brothers Band on Saturday Night Live? This whimsical, musical tribute t Blues was loved by the public.
Eric Martin and Carmen Romaro continue the tradition with their own Ultimate Tribute to the Blues Brothers. As the Bluzmen, a strong, very capable rendition of the originals, Eric and Carmen bring the joy of the blues music and recreate the enjoyment of the original stars.
It was a fun evening remembering the Blues Brothers! They work well as a duo with a quick repertoire of jokes and dances, my favorite were the surprise acrobatics, flips and handsprings during their show. This surprise adds so much to the show, it’s their own personal choreography crowning them as a special Tribute to the Blues Brothers with a flavor of their own!info@thebluzmen.com www.thebluzmen.com;
