Every year, the LUCKYRICE Festival provides a chance to taste different Asian cuisine all in one evening of indulgence.
Instead of one restaurant, there are several each with their own specialties.
Guests found many original, creative dishes they never tasted before.
LUCKYRICE Festival, one of the biggest tastings of Asian cuisine, featured some of Las Vegas’ finest restaurants.
LUCKYRICE Festival founder Danielle Chang explained, “Our festival’s expansion taps into America’s continued and heightened interest in Asian cuisine. Coupled with increasing travel and trade, the influence of Asia has resulted in a growing consumer awareness of the multitude of cultures and flavors of the region. The public highlighted flavors from Taiwan, Asia without leaving the strip.

The private demonstration with a meet-and-greet opportunity with Top Chef Kristen Kish was one of the events.

The LUCKYRICE Las Vegas Night Market combined the best of LUCKYRICE, including authentic night market street food, creative chef-driven dining and Bombay
Sapphire East cocktails galore – all re-imagined through a locally global lens that spotlights the exploding Asian food revolution. LUCKYRICE brought 8 celebrated Mixologists, who served a total of 16 custom cocktails featuring the official spirit, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE East.
Top Chef Masters Susur Lee and Bombay Sapphire East hosted a Luckyrice Dim Sum and Mah-Jong Bloody Mary Brunch, where Cantonese-inspired dishes were offered to guests while they design their own signature Bloody Mary with Asian ingredients. Guests enjoyed Mahjong games for both beginners and pros!
