Did you ever have a dinner where everything even the Brussels Sprouts were special? I was truly delighted with our media dinner, 16 courses of some of the finest selections on the menu. One by one they were brought to the table with plenty of time to dine all evening.
Since SUGARCANE’S Menu takes us on a culinary trip around the world, you will savor all of the new flavors.
One bite into the bacon wrapped dates with all of those luscious flavors, the creamy Spanish Manchego Cheese mixed well with the crispy Bacon and soft Dates. I could eat them as a meal!
You will enjoy the wide variety of Small Plates:
The chef used Goat Cheese as a different flavor offering for his Croquettes.
The Pig Ear Pad Thai tossed Papaya Salad in Pad Thai sauce offers the contrast of the crispy flash-fried Pig Ear and sliced Jalapino Chile Peppers for spice. The touch of Thailand salad refreshed without filling.
The Brussels Sprouts were layered and tossed in a sweet soy sauce, the perfect balance of sweet and savory, warm and crispy.
Next selections from the Open Fire Grill stood out became of the tasty Korean-style Kalbi short ribs which were very tender.
The Spanish Octopus, served in small ball-shaped pieces of Octopus, was slow cooked with Red Wine and aromatics overnight for that melt in your mouth sensation.
For a grand addition, the Yellowtail Collar fish was finished on the grill with and served with Singapore Curry and pickled Chilis.
SUGARCANE also includes Large Plates, this evening we enjoyed a whole roasted Chicken with Truffle Marble Potatoes, Wild Mushrooms and more in an extra-large pot. After the presentation, the waiter cut and prepared the dinner.
