Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower’s new original show PIN UP, inspired by classic pin up girl calendars and starring PLAYBOY’s 2011 Playmate of the Year and Bettie Page Clothing model Claire Sinclair, will now debut in the Stratosphere Theater on Saturday, March 2, at 10:30 p.m.
“Arrival of a new state-of-the-art lighting system designed specifically for PIN UP was delayed due to inclement weather,” said Matt Mascali, Vice President of Entertainment at Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower. “We owe it to our performers to make sure every component of the show matches the enormous talent on stage.”
Featuring an impressive cast of dancers, singers and a live six-piece band with a horn section led by acclaimed trumpeter, conductor and composer Dave Perrico, PIN UP is a fast-paced, swingin’ production that will transport audiences to a modern version of a vintage era where red lips, corsets and garter stockings grace the most beautiful of women.
Famous for her curvy figure and sumptuous smile, Sinclair won worldwide fame on the pages of the iconic PLAYBOY magazine, first as Miss October in 2010 and later as PLAYBOY’s 2011 Playmate of the Year. She has been featured on E!’s hit reality television shows The Bunny House and Holly’s World, and was a special guest performer for Crazy Horse Paris in 2010 and 2011. Sinclair also starred in a commercial for Bettie Page Clothing as well as made numerous appearances across the country on the clothing company’s behalf.
Critically acclaimed Stratosphere headliner Frankie Moreno is co-producer of the new show, created the concept and scored a high-energy collection of swingin’ music for PIN UP, which includes his contemporary twist on nostalgic covers plus several new originals.
Moreno was named “Best All-Around Performer” by the Las Vegas Review Journal’s Best of Las Vegas in 2012, and “Best Strip Headliner” by Las Vegas Weekly. Moreno recently wowed the nation with his stellar performance on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars.
Lacey Schwimmer of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars fame choreographed the dance sequences featuring a wide variety of dance styles weaved through the production’s month-by-month vignettes, taking the audience on a visual and emotional journey of the calendar year. The show will feature four gorgeous female dancers and one talented male dancer.
PIN UP show time will be at 10:30 p.m., five nights a week, Thursday through Monday. Guests must be 21 or older to attend the show.

As children, most of the girls’ 3 part harmonizing and encore performances took place at the church where their father ministered. However, it wasn’t long after their dad recognized that his daughters’ talents were destined for something bigger.
The girls soon found themselves – all underage – playing some of the hippest, most well known venues in NYC. At each show the crowds seemed to grow larger and larger, until Petrel soon was known throughout New York for their big talents and for turning out an even bigger audience!
Adding to their local concerts, the girls began with what is now their annual trip to Mexico and Haiti where they perform for some of the country’s most impoverished children also bringing food, clothing and toys.
Their evening concerts draw many and through their music many lives are inspired. Justine Magazine said it wellÖ”Petrel sees music as a sort of medicine for the soul and they pour their heart and soul into everything they do. These three sibs are putting good fortune to use and helping those less fortunate than themselves. Petrel’s commitment to giving back and performing is music to our ears.”
In 2008, Petrel set out for their first 17 city national tour opening for Razor&Tie’s platinum selling Kidz Bop series. They played for sold out crowds at stadiums across the U.S. including the House of Blues in Chicago, Meadowbrook US Cellular Pavilion in New Hampshire, and the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. Petrel rocked every performance, leaving their young fans enamored and inspired.
Once the tour wrapped, Petrel had other performances that include “Disney’s Indie Fest USA” in Downtown Disneyland in Anaheim, CA., Pre-game show for the Orlando Magic and The Michael Jackson Thriller 25th Anniversary Fan Event Tribute in Times Square, NY.
The girls have also done acoustic performances at Bloomingdale’s special event, Girls Night Out and Sephora’s “Toys of Hope Holiday Toy Drive.” Their songs have hit airwaves in the New York area, including radio tours on local college campuses.
And it didn’t stop there… Petrel also has had the privilege of singing the National Anthem for an NBA Game at the Sacramento Kings’ Arco Arena and recording at The Palms in Las Vegas. When it comes to the recording process, lead vocals are empowered by Jessica.
Rebekah records keyboard, drums, and background vocals and Destiny records acoustic and electric guitars and background vocals. They’re not only accomplished musicians, but also songwriters.
The girls thrive off building songs creatively and lyrically, writing about their own life experiences and relating well to their generation. This inspired a move to Los Angeles where Petrel has been able to find a look that matches perfectly to their up-beat, pop/rock sound.
They recently performed at the 102.7 KIIS FM Hollywood Knights Celebrity Charity Basketball game at Diamond Bar High School for a high energy crowd of faculty, students and fans. During the tournament, they rubbed elbows with Hollywood stars like Josh Hutcherson (Hunger Games), Jeremy Sumpter (Friday Night Lights) and Alyson Stoner (Disney’s Camp Rock). The crowd was so impressed with Petrel that their line for autographs dwarfed that of the aforementioned movie stars!
Whether they’re rocking in the clubs of Greenwich Village, on a 17 city national tour or playing for crowds of kids at places like Disneyland in Anaheim, CA or Bloomingdales in the heart of NYC, it doesn’t take long for audiences to fall in love with and sign up to be official members of Team Petrel. This sister trio is set out to make pop music history!
