The public wants to be repeatedly reassured that they will be safe while attending a concert or sports event, or a similar gathering, where large groups of families and individuals can gather and enjoy the many recreational activities that are available, especially in Las Vegas, without being harassed by corrupt criminal organizations or individuals that wish to further their own agenda by injuring and murdering innocent people.
