Six years ago we had that group of Republican traitors who formed Republicans For Reid in order to keep feeding their pockets at the expense of the party and all Nevadans, diminishing the morale and the reputation of the Republican Party.
Then there is the governor of this state who claims to be a Republican, but every move he makes shows his Democrat-stricken soul and his Democrat mentality; he cannot be blamed for that “fault” because what others see as a fault, he may see as loyalty to the individual Democrat named Harry Reid, who has given him his opportunities to hold positions of class, prestige and power.
For the first time in history, we are the only state with two Republican parties: the one founded a long time ago by the people and for the people, and the one manipulated by the governor to further his own interests, the interests of his fellow Democrats, and to benefit himself as he gains more power for his advancing political career.
The RINO governor not only lied to the people, assuring them that he was opposed to raising taxes, he later did the exact opposite, and tried to hide it by calling the tax raise by another name. Later, of course, he stated that he was not running for a higher office because he wanted to finish his present term, which will be a first for him, who has never finished a term, not even a life appointed position to the federal bench.
For the first time in a very long time we have a Republican-controlled Senate and Assembly, but from day one the Republicans have been spending their time fighting each other — while their fellow Democrats laugh out loud — one side supporting the lying RINO governor, and the other side trying to stick by their promise to the community during their respective campaigns for later, yet at the last minute voting to please the RINO governor.
Then there is the Clark County Republican Party, which has been taken over by the Ron Paul rebels. In the same way Fidel Castro’s rebels took over Cuba to destroy the country, they are destroying the County party.
And last but not least, there’s the State Republican Party. The next time they want to open the doors of their office, they’ll need to take the rust off first because those doors have not been open in a very long time.
Las Vegas Tribune has been at the office several times and has never found anyone managing the place there; much less did we ever get to see the Chairman, who is always absent. They’ve changed the telephone number and the emails are answered by anyone but him. What a shame!
One has to belong to the Chairman’s clique in order to get his new telephone number and get a call back when one tries to communicate with him or check on an issue that concerns the party he is supposed to represent — a party that is apparently now taken over by an unnamed female who is not the person elected to lead the party.
With all these obstacles obviously eroding the Republican Party, those who have been faithful to the party for more time than the Chairman has been alive are now facing the possibility of being left hanging in a cold, cruel, Democrat, world.
Perhaps now is the time to create a replacement or substitute party to replace the old Republican Party, one that could serve the ideological mentality of those who believe in the conservative Republican ideas that fit better to the new generation and the future of the country.
It is important to work in the creation of a party that can give — not the new generation, but the future one — a more stable view, better financial prosperity, more opportunity to think for themselves, and the freedom of expression and evolution that they will need in the future.
It is important since the future generation is the one with the technology and the computers that have taken over already.
Maybe the new party, with whatever name they’ll choose to give it, can come out with better ideas to successfully guide this wonderful nation to a better future; after all, this nation has sacrificed so much over the years for other nations, now it’s our turn for a better life!
