1. A solemn pronouncement to affirm the truth of a statement or to pledge a person to some course of action, often involving a sacred being or object as witness related adjective juratory.
2. A solemn appeal to a deity, or to some revered person or thing, to witness one’s determination to speak the truth, to keep a promise, etc.
And then there’s the Oath of Honor for Law Enforcement: “On my honor, I will never betray my badge, my integrity, my character or the public trust. I will always have the courage to hold myself and others accountable for our actions. I will always uphold the Constitution, my community, and the agency I serve.”
Sadly, while surfing public records, I noticed that Law Enforcement Officers that were retired, or quit the police force were listed in Clark County public records as having had their Sworn Oaths revoked or suspended.
This may be news to a great many, but an Oath, officially taken by an individual, to a duly authorized local, State or Federal deity, is forever binding and can only be revoked by the individual — not by anyone else.
Law enforcement lately has been taking a undeserved beating by media publications of half-truths, omissions and out-and-out lies, without any substantial evidence to back up their lies, except for just alleged speculation, along with following an unholy political agenda from their corrupted masters.
The Bundy Ranch standoff, the Burns Oregon wildlife refuge occupation and murder of Robert Lavoy Finicum, the Waco, Texas Church Massacre, and the Ruby Ridge shooting/murder, along with possibly the next “Federal Land Grab” incident, now occurring and evolving in Red River, Texas, are just a few of the examples of corrupted government outreach and Constitutional violations. These incidents beg for
re-investigation and an in – depth examination, regarding the violation and disregard of the “Supreme Law of the land.” Article 1, section 8, clause 17, should be read by all, absorbed and understood.
The above tragic incidents could easily have been avoided if the sheriffs of those counties would have exercised their authority and performed their sworn duty to protect their constituents’ civil rights of those particular counties.
We possibly are approaching the opportunity to finally get the truth out about this current federal government outreach and “Land Grab.”
The Burns Oregon Wild Life refuge occupation and murder of Robert Lavoy Finicum, by Federal agents — if this incident is allowed to make it to trial, it will be about the only chance to see truth and justice finally come to the surface for all to see and judge, by “We the People.”
Since the Federal Government wishes to prosecute Cliven Bundy for alleged federal violations occurring in April of 2014, then let the hammer fall on all those directly or indirectly responsible for that incident. Some of those special witnesses and participants that need to be subpoenaed to court are former Clark County Sheriff Douglas Gillespie, and current “Gillespie Anointed” Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo, who were directly or indirectly involved with the April 2014 standoff at the Bundy Ranch in Bunkerville, NV.
Any explanation that these two individuals would give as to the real reason they allowed and gave permission for the federal government to intervene with military force and take full control of the situation at the Bundy ranch should prove to be rather revealing and noteworthy.
It will also be noteworthy and revealing on whose behalf they will testify (under Oath) regarding these numerous federal violations that were allegedly committed by Cliven Bundy, right under their noses and with their full knowledge. Does the term “Malfeasance” come to mind?
Corruption in government knows no boundaries, whether local, state, or federal government, it all has to do with everything else, and is connected directly or indirectly, by greed and avarice. I have always said that the state of Nevada sets the standard for crime and corruption and proudly portrays itself as living up to that image by identifying with the phrase, “What happens in Las Vegas, stays in Las Vegas.”
Anyone that believes in that above phrase or motto must also believe that whatever this corrupted federal government vomits out to the masses, is for their own good and betterment, and for the masses to blindly obey, as if they were serfs and minions.
“We the People” are not against Government. “We the People” are against a corrupted treasonous Government that repeatedly violates the Constitution of the United States of America, and the Bill of Rights.
Remember to Keep your Gun, Keep your Faith, and they can Keep their Change.
