The LVMPD’s Legacy is that of “Infiltrated Organized Crime and Corruption”

I am proud to be called “Truther” “Whistleblower,” and “Conspiracy Realist,” but not a “Conspiracy Theorist.” A Conspiracy Realist is a person that has direct knowledge and factual information about any
criminal corruption, in any established organization that was originally created to serve the public.
Being a “Conspiracy Realist” has its rewards and downfalls. First off, if you are courageous enough to expose to the public direct evidence and information of wrongdoing, criminal acts, and any continual covert criminal actions and deeds, performed by let’s say the LVMPD upper police management, then you can bet your boots that you have immediately committed career suicide. One way or the other, the police
administration is going to finish you off and shut your mouth, either with manufactured evidence, false documents, false complaints, lies, or even take it a step further and extort or physically harm your loved ones, and maybe as a last resort, harm or kill you. This is a fact.
The retaliation by upper management is an absolute as their public exposure of criminal wrongdoings can have a devastating effect on them, their fellow criminal conspirators, and most definitely on the level of trust and integrity between the police department and the public — that is, if there is any left to begin with.
Being a “Conspiracy Realist” can be a very lonely business, unpopular and exposing one to ridicule. You can pretty much figure on losing all of your friends, and it will also put a real strain on any future friends because of your stand on exposing corruption at any level at any time. Understand, a ‘Conspiracy Realist’ is not anti-government or a radical; he/she is anti-corrupt government, and a super American patriot, and only deals in facts, circumstances and history, not politics. Always a Constitutionalist.
The character, credibility, experience and personal history of a “Conspiracy Realist” must always be examined thoroughly, and must hold up to examination on a regular basis from any and all, using only facts and circumstances. Unsubstantiated slurs, name-calling, insults and demeaning commentary is a waste of time for everyone and paints a disturbing picture of the actions of corrupt local, state and federal government officials.
Dealing with facts and circumstances is really pretty easy when bringing up LVMPD’s past wrongful deeds, past criminal acts, organized civil and criminal corruption, malfeasance, unconstitutional acts, tainted and false evidence, false arrests, drug-dealing, use of false drug dogs; inflated and outrageous vehicle maintenance costs for doing business, which is billed to the taxpayer; rigged elections, rigged promotions, rigged police employee benefits, rape of employees and citizens, and murder of its own and others; all this committed and complicit by the LVMPD. This type of activity is continually condoned and tolerated by LVMPD upper police management and anyone that remotely goes against this type of activity or agenda will be crushed. What a lovely way to do business — for many years.
So what does the “Conspiracy Realist” gain by exposing this corruption to the general public and risking harm to his/her family/friends and to their own lives and well-being?
Being a card-carrying member of this special club, I can safely say that it is quite rewarding to see the “Big Boys,” who think they are invulnerable, crash and burn, when they finally get caught with their hands in the cookie jar. The only way that this reckoning can successfully occur is when the general public is informed and has had enough of being pushed around, and then they begin pushing back against their representatives to act righteously and accordingly.
I do not condone violence of any sort, and any “protest” must be conducted lawfully, in line with the first Amendment and the Constitution of the United States of America and Bill of Rights.
I recently had the privilege of listening to former Chief of the FBI, Ted Gunderson, explain in detail the wrongdoings he has become aware of and is exposing. Of course the corruption level that he is exposing is much more complex and somewhat international, but nevertheless, it is still an attempt to expose organized crime corruption of our elected officials, God Bless Him.I remain steadfast as long as I am vertical and above ground in my quest to improve and better my community by exposing corruption at any level. You are all my neighbors, and we are supposed to take care of one another, if we don’t, evil will prevail and we will just be slaves and will not survive.
Remember to Keep your Faith, Keep your Gun, and they can Keep their Change. In God We Trust.

Much of your experience is similar to Robert Fitzpatrick, former FBI agent who tried to stop the ongoing Whitey Bulger corruption within the Boston branch. In case you have not seen his book (Betrayal), here’s a link and reviews on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Betrayal-Whitey-Bulger-Agent-Fought/dp/B008VJYGHU.
Fitzpatrick was recently back in court in 2016 to face questionably over-inflated charges (like misrepresenting his role in the Martin Luther King Jr. assassination). All of it rather laughable when you think of the key FBI agents who gave multiple passes on “murder” for over three decades to some Top Echelon Informants within the FBI’s program, in addition to the early documented history of Joe The Animal Barboza and his unholy alliance with agents H Paul Rico and John Condon (1960-late 1970’s). That history paved the way for James “Whitey” Bulger.

Speaking of all things RICO….The only SINGLE word I know that evokes opposites (antonym) in and of itself as a single word in the English language is RICO…
RICO – Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act 1970.
RICO – As in H. PAUL RICO – former FBI agent responsible for germinating the garden of corruption that pushed to full-bloom the likes of James “Whitey” Bulger.
Call that one heck of a weird coincidence in the history of organized crime in America.
Lately, I’ve been looking to the study of forensics for ways to develop similar methods to unearth and make conspiracies not only transparent, but definitively provable. For any conspiracy within an organization to be successful, it must institutionally insulate the on-going deviant process occurring among its involved members. There are objective “red flags” that can be identified as this process evolves. Developing a theoretical framework that addresses how organizations insulate deviance within their own operations — a theory of institutional insulation of deviance as a process — has far-reaching implications for applications to situations like the Catholic Church sex-abuse scandal and corruption within law enforcement, as Whitey Bulger’s history aptly demonstrates. We tend to forget that the foundational variable in each and every corrupt action will ALWAYS come down to SOCIAL INFLUENCE.
Gordon, you’ll always have an ally in HawkEye.
