Unnamed sources reveal that the Justice Department has already made contact with some of the conspirators and the after-the-fact-witnesses that had knowledge of this beheading murder of Officer Dailey on December 5, 2007, and some have agreed to cooperate with the Justice Department in this old but ongoing homicide investigation.
This finally is good news for a change; the Justice Department has had this information since August of 2013, along with three other unsolved murders, and various other felony crimes. The rumors are that Dailey may also have been involved in the HOA Scandal, along with his previous three million dollar medical settlement that was unwisely invested and lost.
Not surprisingly, several mid-level police officers were allegedly involved in the HOA Scandal; those alleged to be involved are former Lt. Morris Mattingly, former Lt. Benjamin Kim, former Lt. Chris Van Cleef, and former Captain Frank Sutton. Coincidently, Lt. Chris Van Cleef allegedly committed suicide, and Officer Kevin Dailey went missing unnoticed for a whole month, until his severed head was found near Lake Mead, all of which happened around the end of the year 2007.
LVMPD investigated the former Lt. Chris Van Cleef homicide/suicide and rendered their findings; they also responded to the Officer Kevin Dailey beheading scene, but never initiated a homicide investigation or issued a public news release. In fact, the autopsy report for Officer Kevin Dailey’s severed head was allegedly removed from the Clark County Coroner’s computer banks six hours after it was entered, back in December of 2007.
The community needs to be made aware of this type of corruption, which has happened and is still being perpetrated by the very same people that are supposed to be protecting us. Instead of protection, we are systematically being set up, lied to, cheated, stolen from, raped and murdered, all under the color of law, all with immunity.
This was all a very wise and thought-out move on the part of Organized Crime to infiltrate and control the police department. The move to combine the Sheriff’s Department and the City Police Department in 1973 into what is now the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, gives organized crime the ability and opportunity to just have to control only one person, the sheriff, in order to completely promote and continue their unholy agenda.
It is widely accepted that the Sheriff of Clark County is the most powerful person in Nevada, even over the State Governor. So it stands to reason: control the Sheriff and the rest will fall in line accordingly.
It appears that this succession needs to keep repeating itself every four years; otherwise there will be a disruption in the status quo, or in Nevada terms, “the good ol’ boy system.”
This time, though, there may be a fly in the ointment. The Justice Department has in their possession enough evidence to pursue an adequate murder investigation–regarding the Officer Kevin Dailey incident — against the LVMPD Administration and others. They also have in their possession information on three other unsolved murders — occurring in 1996, 2001, and 2002 — and numerous other felony crimes involving evidence-tampering, witness-tampering, extortion, threats to life, workers compensation and disability fraud, discrimination, retaliation, unlawful termination, all of which was brought out and listed in my 2011 Federal Lawsuit against the LVMPD, Sheriff Douglas Gillespie, et al.
Even though, in 2014, Federal Judge George Foley Jr. dismissed my civil lawsuit for lack of evidence, the criminal incidents that were brought out in June/July 2013 legal depositions are still on record, valid and existent, and for which the public should demand rectification under the Rule of Law.
When any individual citizen has his or her constitutional rights violated, and the authority that We the People have elected to preserve and protect those rights fails in its duty, then it is up to We the People to stand up ourselves and follow our God-given right to defend liberty and ourselves against corruption and tyranny.
It may be all well and good for you to presently believe that constitutional violations only occur to other people–that as long as you, your family and friends are not involved, then life is good–but sooner or later it will involve you, and believe me, alone you don’t have a chance against the corrupt machine.
Remember to Keep your Gun, Keep your Faith, and they can keep their change. Stay Safe, and God Bless You All.
