Kerry Simon Comprehensive Clinic for MSA will expand on the facility’s current program

Bare Pool Lounge Hosts Slash And Friends Concert For The Mirage 20th AnnivWHAT: Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) brings the body to a complete
standstill. There is no cure. There is no treatment. But there is much
we can learn, and much more we can and must do. It’s time to fight
MSA! A masterful list of superstars will come together for a
spectacular rock ‘n roll cocktail party fundraiser reflecting the
spirit of Chef Kerry Simon and his passion for food, music and
imagination. Kerry’s good friend Bill Murray will act as one of the
evening’s emcees.
Rockers Alice Cooper, Slash, Sammy Hagar, Vince Neil, Todd Rundgren,
Matt Sorum, INXS’s J.D. Fortune, Lisa Loeb and System of a Down’s John
Dolmayan join house band Sin City Sinners to entertain as supporters
dine and imbibe. Performing their own hits, as well as jamming with
others, musical history will be made.
This cocktail party, unlike any other, will feature the Las Vegas
return of Daniel Boulud, alongside world-renowned chefs Kim
Canteenwalla, Wylie DuFresne, Grant Macpherson, Michael Mina, Rick
Moonen, Justin Nilson, Charlie Palmer, Megan Romano, Mark Tarbell and
Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The creative chefs have put together a menu
that will keep palates rockin’ all night from Charlie Palmer’s Truffle
Cheese Philly Steak Sliders to Rick Moonen’s Kona Kompachi Tacos to
Daniel Boulud’s Boudin blanc. Of course no Kerry Simon meal is
complete without his signature Simon Junk Food 2.0 display created by
Justin Nilson. Southern Wine and Spirits will be providing all wine,
spirits and beer for the event.

Hypnosis_UnleashedHYPNOSIS UNLEASHED STARRING KEVIN LEPINE TO HOST BENEFIT PERFORMANCE
Hypnosis Unleashed starring Kevin Lepine, will host a night to raise
funds for The Shade Tree, a local shelter supporting victims of
domestic violence. The performance will take place inside the Night
Owl Showroom at Hooters Casino Hotel on Thursday, February 27 at 8
p.m. In honor of the non-profit’s 25th Anniversary, 25 percent of
ticket proceeds and merchandise sales from that evening will be
donated to the organization.

Men The Experience will be performed at the Crazy Girls Theater inside
the Riviera Hotel & Casino nightly at 7 p.m. Tickets are $50 inclusive

THE IMPROV AT HARRAH’S: FEBRUARY 18-23
The world-famous Improv at Harrah’s Las Vegas is the longest-running
comedy club on the Las Vegas Strip. The Improv’s ability to showcase
young comedians, as well as bring in big names, has attributed to its
longevity and success.
Each week, The Improv showcases some of the funniest and freshest
faces in comedy, creating a show that is always unique and definitely
funny. The comedians who will perform February 18 to February 23 are:
BRIAN DUNKLEMAN: Comedian Brian Dunkleman is best known as being
co-host with Ryan Seacrest on the first season of “American Idol.”
Since then, Dunkleman has appeared in pilots for VH1 and FOX.
Dunkleman has also made several appearances on popular TV shows
including “Friends,” “That 70s Show,” “NYPD Blue,” “Las Vegas” and “My
Name Is Earl.”
GENE POMPA: Comedian and writer Gene Pompa’s offbeat perspective to
comedy crosses all racial and ethnic lines. His diverse background
inspired Pompa to incorporate universal themes into his stand-up
comedy and writing. Pompa’s television credits include “Late Night
with Conan O’Brien,” “The Late, Late Show,” “In Living Color” and
“Comedy Rehab.”
Shows are at 8:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Tickets are
$29.05 or $44.95 (plus applicable taxes and fees) for VIP tickets that
include special seating, an Improv t-shirt and post-show
meet-and-greet with the comics. Special two-for-one tickets are also
available for locals for the 10 p.m. show. Tickets are available at
