The up-and-coming election for Sheriff of Clark County is so vitally important, that even the most uninvolved laid-back citizen must realize that our economic future and the future of our families is at stake.
If, as a whole, this community will allow and disregard: the MURDER of a fully commissioned police officer (Officer Kevin Scott Dailey, dob/06-05-68, in December of 2007); and the 2001 in-custody MURDER of Phillip LeMann at CCDC; and the 2006 re-construction and cover-up and spin of the OFFICER-INVOLVED FATAL SHOOTING of Suave Lopez, who was handcuffed and running away at the time; and the cover-up and spin of the 2010 OFFICER-INVOLVED FATAL SHOOTING of Eric Scott, at the Costco store; and the cover-up spin of the OFFICER-INVOLVED FATAL SHOOTING of Travon Cole; and the cover-up spin of the Stanley Gibson OFFICER-INVOLVED FATAL SHOOTING; and the cover-up spin of the LVMPD/CCSDPD COMPLICIT INVOLVEMENT in the Angela Petersen DUI death; and the framing cover-up spin and OMISSION OF EVIDENCE in the 1997 Brady, Mortensen, Mendoza OFFICER-INVOLVED FATAL SHOOTING, and the MURDER of a LVMPD registered Narcotics informant occurring in Alamo, NV, in 1997, whereby LVMPD Narcotics section was COMPLICIT IN setting up the MURDER with drug dealers; and the MISSING AND OMITTED DIGITAL TAPE-RECORDING, officers report, arrest report, and Miranda rights card that never made it to O. J. Simpson’s trial, which also involved POLICE MISCONDUCT and PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT; and the outcome of the Nevada Highway Patrol Class Action Lawsuit about the PHONY NARCOTIC DOGS that were obtained and used by LVMPD, NEVADA HIGHWAY PATROL, AND DEA, and the NEVADA INTERDICTION DRUG TEAM, and the outcome and involvement of then and now former LVMPD Lt. Ben Kim, Lt. Morris Mattingly, Capt. Frank Sutton, and now deceased Lt. Chris Van Cleef, and their involvement and PARTICIPATION IN THE HOA SCANDAL; and the cover-up and EVIDENCE TAMPERING of the Jovan Carter, Robbery/Sexual Assault/massive crime series investigation occurring in April 14, 2010; and the subsequent involvement of both then DA David Rogers and then DDA Roy Nelson, and the BILLION DOLLAR THEFT or ILLEGAL TRANSFER of Nevada Taxpayers Monies, by then Attorney General Brian Sandoval, and then Governor Kenny Guinn, into the private bank accounts of EICON (Employees Insurance Company of Nevada), for which then Deputy Attorney General David Otto, Esq, submitted a complaint, in 2006, against EICON, which still sits in the submittal basket of the Washoe County District Court, and still has not been addressed… and ohhhhh, so very much more ignored criminal misconduct and so little time indeed…, where does that leave us for the next four years with more of the same?
I am duly disappointed not only in my fellow citizens, but also in my former fellow Law Enforcement co-workers, for their lack of sensibility, morality, integrity, honor, and intestinal fortitude for not standing up and addressing the above issues and wrongdoings, and for not making these wrongdoings right.
That is why I have committed my entire being to bringing justice and closure to the above wrongdoings and more, and also to bringing those responsible to face and receive their just “rewards” in a court of law… and very possibly in prison.
The above incidents are only a fraction of the wrongdoings that have occurred within my beloved police department during the period from 3/21/78 to 2/10/2014.
I am sure the many other wrongdoings will surface as well, as I delve deeper into each and every coverup spin incident that I become aware of.
The death threats, car sabotage, residence vandalism, and other coercive methods, including the placing of child porn photos by LVMPD Attorneys, into my returned personal exit property, in June of 2014, all of which will not stop me from exposing the truth and identifying the corrupted, cancerous trash that has now, and has previously, infected the LVMPD Police Administration.
To my friends and neighbors, please become aware of what is happening in your community, for YOU can be this police administration’s next target, in the wink of an eye, as you will have my condolences.
Vote against the “Anointed One,” and hopefully your only other choice will work out better for all of us. “It is what it is.”
