As with President Trump’s administration which is riddled with “diehard, deep-seated Obama supporters,” the LVMPD also has former “Sheriff Douglas Gillespie diehard supporters,” and corrupted loyalists that all must keep the current corrupted police administration maintained and protected, and will stamp out anyone attempting to expose their past wrongdoings, and their committed major criminal acts, such as murder, rape, robbery, bribery, theft, fraud, narcotics violations, political fraud, extortion, evidence-tampering, false arrest, destruction of official documents, witness tampering, workman’s compensation fraud, vehicle maintenance fraud, fake narcotic dogs, jail construction fraud, helicopter maintenance fraud, police radio fraud, Constitutional violations, all committed against LVMPD employees, and the citizens residing in Clark County, and in the State of Nevada.
The list of wrongdoings by the LVMPD goes on and on without any ending date in sight. I just recently learned that the Judicial selection committee is planning on creating a new building in Las Vegas, which will effectively eliminate northern Nevada citizens from having any input into the qualifications of Judicial appointees and committee members, thus preventing a full background exposure of potential candidates from northern Nevada. A comprehensive draining of this type of local swamp can only be achieved by an independent agency of the Federal Government, if at all.
Lately, it is apparent that the Federal Government will gladly go after the little guy, and spare no expense or effort to prosecute (as an example) rancher Cliven Bundy, his family members and the supporting American Patriots for daring to peacefully protest the overreach of the Federal Government, to obtain their grazing lands, which also includes mineral rights. Everyone should pay close attention to this prosecution as it will drastically affect any future peaceful protest in this country.
Surely, the Federal Government wouldn’t be afraid to go after a police department (LVMPD) that has repeatedly committed criminal acts, and has also engaged in multi-jurisdictional scandals (HOA) that possibly included some Federal investigators. This situations has it all: questionable suicides, questionable suspects, backroom deals, high level police involvement, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, police officers, dope dealers, and the list goes on. Some officials were indicted, and several officials were not, and some officials are still functioning exactly in their government jobs, as they were before, and got away scott free.
It is all very disgusting to actually know that these criminal acts were committed by the very same people that were hired to protect and serve the public.
In the last fifteen years of my 39-year police career, I always had the little feeling that I would be stabbed in the back by another policeman because of my steadfast belief in my sacred Oath, which I have never broken. Unexpectedly, I was stabbed in the back by my police partner of eight years, who lied under Oath, during legal depositions pursuant to my 2011 Federal Lawsuit, against the LVMPD, Sheriff Douglas Gillespie, et al, and fourteen high ranking police officials. This lie by my partner, and another police supervisor, severely undermined my lawsuit, along with the help of Federal Judge George Foley Jr., who felt that my lawsuit lacked merit even after learning of the LVMPD complicit murder of LVMPD Corrections Officer Kevin Scott Dailey, committed in November of 2007, and was covered up and buried.
It is my belief that an honest criminal investigation of any of the egregious crimes committed by members of the LVMPD will result in a house of cards falling down, and which in turn will cause a cleansing to take place on its own. Until that time comes, the LVMPD Police Administration will never enjoy the respect and trust that is needed for honorable policing, and for the public to have faith in their police force once again.
President Trump has a monumental task of cleaning out the Deep State in his administration. “We the People” also have a monumental task starting at the bottom level, to clean out the criminals, in local and state government.
President Trump’s Bill to drug test welfare recipients, is a really good start.
Remember to Keep your Faith, to Keep your Gun, and they can Keep their Change.
