All of the excitement of Bob Anderson’s FRANK, The Man, The Music premiere at the Venetian/ Palazzo Resorts filled the red carpet with VIP’s, celebrities and even some of the stars of Hollywood.
I interviewed such interesting celebrities along the red carpet.
Tatyana, an international dress designer, just happened to be wearing one of her own dresses. Tatyana discussed her line, “My ladies’ dresses are created in Retro-50’s styles but for the modern women. They are very feminine and classy. I decided to design the type of clothes that you couldn’t find anywhere.Tatyana began as a model and because of her fashion expertise decided to become a dress designer. Today she owns 20 stores, called Tatyana, with two stores in Las Vegas at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and the Miracle Mile Shopping Center inside the Planet Hollywood Hotel.
A recognizable Hollywood celebrity appeared on the red carpet. I was happy to see Johnny Galecki, the actor best known for his role as Dr. Leonard Hofstadter in the Big Bang Theory and as David Healy in Roseanne. I have been a fan since seeing Johnny as a young boy in the Roseanne sitcom and now he portrays one of the leads in the cast of the Big Bang Theory.
The Chilean-American actress Cote de Pablo, former NCIS agent, wore an evening gown to the event. Others included Rondi Reed, portrays Mike’s mother in Mike and Molly, Christopher Boyer, appearing in 300: Rise of an Empire and Lincoln.
Six members of the cast of Rock of Ages at the Venetian Resort happily compared their show to other rock shows. The show features the best songs from the 80’s and they are celebrating their second anniversary. The audience loves to hear and see their favorite rock songs recreated on stage during the show’s two hour party!
Chris Phillips, also known by his stage name Zowie Bowie, one of Las Vegas’ popular acts, raved about Bob Anderson. “If there was one person to capture this Frank Sinatra, it’s Bob Anderson. He deserves this show as a tribute to Frank Sinatra! People who love Frank Sinatra have overwhelming support of the show. Part of the love is seeing Bob perform.
Chris has appeared at the Red Rock Hotel for over nine years. “I am passionate about doing my show.”
All of the allure of Bob Anderson’s performance is that he really looks and sounds like Frank Sinatra. This is one show you cannot miss whether you never saw Frank Sinatra or enjoyed hearing his music in early Las Vegas.
