Experience Maggiano’s Little Italy® in Summerlin

I was excited about being invited to Maggiano’s Little Italy® Summerlin’s private Grand Opening because this is a very special Italian restaurant!
There’s a lot of action in the kitchen, just like a museum, each dish is a work of art. Today’s opening celebrations included an opportunity to provide a behind-the-scenes experience with a personal tour of the state-of-the-art kitchen.
Following our luncheon, Executive Chef Anthony Psyk presented a food demonstration “How to prepare their Signature Tiramisu Dessert”. Chef Anthony discussed all of the ingredients in their secret recipe along with the steps to create the masterpiece but I still cannot recreate it at home.
You’ll love Maggiano’s “On-The-House Classic Pastas”, choose your own Classic Pasta for today, and select your gift of another Classic Pasta to take home. This is a great chance to savor the Mushroom Ravioli al Forno, Braised Beef Pappardelle, Four-Cheese Raviolo, Mom’s Lasagna, Angel Hair Vegetable Primavera, Taylor Street Baked Ziti, Spaghetti & Meatball, Fettuccini Alfredo or Baked Eggplant Parmesan.
Eat-A-Dish for Make-A-Wish marks their thirteenth year of support at Maggiano’s. See which of the delicious dishes or desserts the chef is serving, enjoy and we’ll make a donation to Make-A-Wish® in your honor. During the opening ceremonies, Maggiano’s presented Make-A-Wish a check for $7,000. There was time to speak and dine with the executives: Steve Provost, President, Maggiano’s Genifer Gray- Vice President of Operations, Maggiano’s Larry Konecny- Vice President of Innovation and Restaurant Support, Maggiano’s Executive Chef Anthony Psyk and representative from Make-A-Wish.
